Success!

So last night's Vagina Monologues were such a success, the venue (El Sitio Cultural Center, Antigua, Guatemala) had to turn away over 30 people!

The show was flawless, and the backstage running was smooth and stress free. We had various resturants and bars donate food, coffee and booze to sell, and we made over Q4000, most of which is going to Abriendo Oportunidades - check out the site here. The rest is going to the VDAY organization who is donating the money to various aid organizations in Haiti.

I'm exhuasted, but I'm so glad the show was a success. But now I have to get back on a chicken bus for five or six hours and head home in time for my huge International Women's Day event - whiiiich.... I haven't really started preparing for, I've just booked a huge room and a few hundred woman are going to show up. Vamos a ver.
